In 1999 Jain McClain started Jain McClain Fine Art to help individuals and corporations find original works of art for their homes and offices.  She credits her father who was a major fine art collector with teaching her the ins and outs of collecting art from a young age.  After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Santa Cruz, California McClain enjoyed working at Leslie Hindman Auctioneers in Chicago, Illinois.  After which she left to pursue a career in the arts at the University of California, Berkeley where she received a Master of Arts and Master of Fine Arts degrees in Painting and Drawing.  For the next twenty years Jain taught Studio, Art Appreciation and Art History courses at numerous schools such as Creative Growth, Chabot College, Sierra Nevada College, Truckee Meadows Community College and the University of Nevada, Reno.  She has exhibited nationally and her works are in many private and public art collections.  Now as a Fine Art Advisor Jain enjoys meeting with clients and helping them select original works of art to enhance their living and working environments.  Collecting art is an incredible adventure and each collector is as unique as the art they select.  Jain McClain Fine Art is here to help you find just the right pieces for your budget be it large or small.  Let Jain McClain bring the art to you and share her
